30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
How to request a return
Email us at phobekim70@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few additional business days to appear in your account.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us right away and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return.
